- Confirm & continually improve the effectiveness of its management system based upon ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015;
- Review and implement adequate actions needed for achieving its objectives during the review meetings;
- Making available to the public KPR’s impartiality policy, certification process, and complaints & appeal handling procedures;
